The media and the constant emails from the schools, organizations and sports leagues can create a lot of fear and anxiety regarding getting sick with the Coronavirus. Any time we feel like we don’t have control over something, it can create anxiety. Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques can help you to focus on what you do have control over like ywashing your hands, healthy living, and a healthy mindset. Stress and anxiety can reduce our immune system responses making it harder for our bodies to fight off illness.

I am available for telephone or in person sessions to help you with any life issues you are struggling with including anxiety. Please text or call me at 310-303-9132 for an appt.
